Crash snarls traffic on Route 1A in Holden

A crash has snarled traffic on Route 1A in Holden on Thursday morning.
The crash happened about 6:59 a.m. near Hummingbird Hollow, according to the Penobscot County Regional Communication Center.
That’s about halfway between Route 46 and Bagaduce Road.
The road hasn’t closed, but traffic isn’t flowing as normally, according to dispatchers.
Information about injuries and the number of vehicles involved wasn’t immediately available.
